MOTHERTOGETHER
Mom & Baby Support Group

Real Moms. Honest Talk. Authentic Connection.

MotherTogether is a group where we get real about motherhood. Whether pregnant, postpartum, or becoming a mother again, you will learn skills to build resilience, increase confidence, and feel more empowered in your parenting journey.

With a focus on the mental load, self-care, and defining new standards of success, we will share and discuss common experiences of motherhood, as well as those that interfere with finding fulfillment, including perfectionism, high expectations, and comparison tendencies.

Connect with others in your community in a safe and confidential space, develop lasting friendships, and receive professional guidance intended to support you in your parenting journey. Together, we will celebrate your strengths, and show kindness in the struggles. Babies are welcome!

Take advantage of prenatal / baby & me yoga class happening after MotherTogether or grab coffee or lunch with other moms at The Food Oasis, located in the JCC!

Motherhood Stories –
a Women’s Circle

Prioritizing You: Self-Care in Motherhood.

As mothers, we often have a difficult time prioritizing ourselves. We move mountains for our children, while losing sight of our own needs in the hustle and bustle. This group is designed to empower women to prioritize their wellbeing and practice self-care while navigating the unique challenges of motherhood.

You will connect with fellow mothers through shared experience, find strength in community, and learn to balance your needs with the demands of parenting.

This group is open to mothers at least 1 year postpartum.

Join us every first Wednesday of the month in Redwood City for an evening of connection and restoration.

Becoming Mothers Ceremony

A Sacred Gathering for Pregnant & Postpartum Women

In our society, traditional rites of passage are often overlooked. The Becoming Mothers Ceremony draws from traditional Navajo Blessingway rituals, serving as a sacred celebration of new motherhood while also honoring the strength, courage, and adaptability required for this transformative journey.

Honor your matrescence—the profound rite of passage into motherhood. Whether you’re preparing to give birth or have recently crossed the threshold, this ceremony offers a space to reflect, connect, and be nourished. We will share in a mothers' tea circle, fear-releasing meditation, and Red Thread Ritual for handcrafting hope-infused Matrescence bracelets. Through the Art of Circling, women are encouraged to share their truths, be gently witnessed, and experience the collective wisdom and profound connection of mothers navigating this journey.

Circling enhances our intuition as we get to listen to our authentic inner voice... Circles are a place to remember who you truly are. Simply by being witnessed, held and supported, radical transformation is possible.
